Her i skoven findes et stort hul
Når man sidder på bænken er der en flot udsigt over hullet.
Mens man sidder der, kan man bruge sin fantasi og finde på gode, fantasifulde og eventyrlige forklaringer på hvorfor der er et hul her?!
FAKTA:
I slutningen af sidste istid, rev en isblok sig fri af isgletcheren og lagde sig til rette i Ravnsholt skov.
Isblokken var længe om at smelte og vandet sivede ned gennem jorden og tog jordpartikler med sig. Tilbage blev kun - grus.
Lige her har der været en grusgrav og gruset er blevet brugt til belægning på skovens veje.

FACTS
Towards the end of the latest iceage, a large chunk of ice broke off the glacier. It covered most of Ravnsholt forest.
It took a long time for the ice block to melt, and the melting water went down through the ground and took with it little particles of soil. In the end only gravel was left.
At this place once was a gravel pit and the gravel was used for the paths in the forest.
