Millennium Mom: I checked and it is gone. The billboard picture was changed again and the crew must have removed the cache container when they replaced the billboard. This one has run it's course.

Geocache Description:

A quick cache and dash placed for the end of summer "Art and Nate Create an Event."

I updated this cache page and replaced the container. I am having trouble keeping this cache active but I had one more container so I will try again. If it goes missing again, I will likely archive it.
It is not magnetic. Upgraded terrain just a little. Easy to get to and not exactly a climb, but tall would help or you might need one little step up. :)
