Terre Blanche Hôtel "4 saisons" de transit et échange des TB/GC



Dans les années 80, l'acteur Sean connery fit l'acquisition de "Terre blanche" , domaine en garrigue , de 360 hectares.
Il déposa un projet de Golf, accompagné d'un ensemble immobilier monstrueux ( 1000 appartements !! ).
Aussitôt, des associations locales se dressèrent contre le projet qu'il abandonna, et qui fût finalement repris et remanié par le magnat allemand du logitiel, Dieter Hopp, pour en faire un domaine golfique de très haut de gamme...aussitôt baptisé "le ghetto des riches".par ses opposants.
Aujourd'hui, après des travaux de terrassement kolossaux, entre 2001 et 2004,, le domaine de Terre Blanche comprend 2 parcours de Golf 18 trous, un Hôtel 5***** de 114 suites et restaurants , une académie de golf, le SPA le plus luxueux de la côte d'azur , et plus d'une centaine de villas de très haut de gamme, le tout protégé par 11 km de clôture surveillée par une bonne centaine de caméras..
L'entrée du domaine est réservée aux clients et propriétaires.....
Et si vous alliez dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel "4 seasons", histoire de savourer le goût du luxe..et son prix ??
Mais d'abord il vous faudra montrer patte blanche à l'entrée du domaine....!

In the years 80', the actor Sean connery bought "Terre Blanche", land in garrigue, of 360 hectares.
He planned a project of Golf, accompanied by a creazy real estate resort ( 1000 apartments !! )
Immediately, some local associations stood against the project that he abandoned, but it was next taken and revised by the German magnate of the software, Dieter Hopp, to make a golf resort of very big luxury... immediatly named "the ghetto of the rich" by its objectors.
Finaly today, after huge works of terracing, from 2001 to 2004, , the domain of " Terre Blanche" consists of 2 main Golfcourses of 18 holes, a 5***** Hotel and restaurants with 114 suites, a golf academy, the most luxurious SPA of the côte d'azur, and more than 100 luxurious villas, protected by 11 km of fence supervised by more than hundred cameras..
The entry of the domain is reserved to customers and owners..
And why not to go dining to the restaurant "4 seasons", just to savor the taste of luxury.. and its price ??
But first it will be necessary for you to show "patte blanche", means "white hand", as we say in french when controlled at the maindoor...!
