Growing up in the 70's and 80s Smokey and the Bandit was a favorite movie of ours.
Many of the scenes were filmed right here in our Georgia mountains.
This is where Bandit took Frog Puddle Jumpin' across the river and where Buford lost his door.
This cache was placed in honor of one of our favorite Jackie Gleason quotes that was filmed near here.
There is a pull off at the cache site. NO NEED TO CROSS ROAD, coords are derived from three GPSr's, two using averaging.
