Geocache Description:

This is a fairly flat meander of just under 2 miles, through a quiet area. Parking is recommended at Anderwood Car Park – 50° 51.007’N – 01° 38.837’W, where toilets are available but you will have to cross a quiet road to get to the first waypoint. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID, the toilets mentioned are currently closed.

Please note that it can be very muddy in some areas especially in Winter or following rain; therefore wellingtons or stout boots are required. Unsuitable for bicycles, pushchairs or wheelchairs. The GPS can be just a little wobbly in this area, therefore co-ordinates will not necessarily be 100%. You are looking for a 1.5ltr plastic loc-loc container. There are a couple of lovely places for a picnic, either at the car park where there are also toilets, or near the final cache site. Cache placed in accordance with the GAGB New Forest guidelines. Please note there is NO night caching allowed in the New Forest.
