Brennschluss: Noun: The moment in the trajectory of a rocket when the fuel burns out, after which it continues with its own momentum for some distance and then begins to succumb to gravity.
After a long long (but great) summer of cache placing, biking and cache finding, the Confederation Trail Gang reached Elmira at 1:27 P.M. Sunday, September 4 , 2011. One Thousand and Nineteen caches from Tignish.
.. we turned the rockets off.. coasted into the parking lot and succumbed to gravity... coming down from a ' high' in caching few of us will ever have the good fortune to experience again. It's been a great flight and the crew is safely back on Earth. Thanks to all in and around this mission.
