Cache is a small pill bottle on a tree just off the highway..
Those who trekked the CT Cache project in the summer of 2011 will take a way a variety of things.. a lot of cache finds, mostly FTF;s . better physical shape,
and more than anything memories. The very very good and sadly. one very wistful memory of loss.
We went out as a group of individuals and got to know each other. Really got to know each other. Good , bad and indifferent.. whether it was 6 or 8 or finally 17..
. Bikes... skeeters..caches.. trail...gates.. crossroads..stops for food.... pictures...laughs...more-than-a-few tears ,.. injuries.. endless logging..even more endless driving..
and friendship. All kinds of friendship.
None of us will EVER forget the summer of ' 11.
.. and we shouldn't.
