A boat launch is available at Lake Julian Park
(N 35º 28.825 W 082° 32.360) for the launching of private craft
including fishing boats with electric motors, canoes, kayaks and
sailboats. There is a daily or annual fee to use the boat launch.
Personal boats may also be launched from the bank, but the launch
fee must still be paid. See rates

Paddle boats, jonboats, and
canoes are also available for rental. These boats can be rented by
the ½ hour or by the hour. See rates

Park hours vary with the
season.
November through March (8 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
April and September (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.)
May through August (8 a.m. – 9 p.m.)
October (8 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
The park is open year round, seven days a week except for the
following holidays:
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year’s Day
