Righto Geohunters, You are looking for a 75mm x 100mm x 75mm camo sestima container. It's located just of the walk track in some scrub. It contains a LB and a pencil. FTF can please confirm coords.
Located in the area of Viewing Rock, just off the walk track that goes to the Powder Magazine, It is suggested to drive to this point which has a vehicle track right to Viewing Rock. Turn off the Nth Heathcote/Costerfield Road. Or, if you're fit enough walk from Mr E's BB part 1&2. Viewing Rock overlooks Heathcote and on a good day, a very spectacular view. Now again, Poisonous critters are sometimes present, so don't be afraid to make plenty of noise when hunting for this cache. Picnic tables are present in the parking area, don't think there was rubbish bins. Summertime fire risks apply as well. Enjoy the view.
