The Shire's Shell Traditional Cache

To improve the aesthetics of the power station, Western Power gifted to the Rockingham Council a sculpture, originally estimated to cost $75,000 but in fact ending up considerably cheaper. The sculpture was designed by a local artist and constructed by local TAFE students. The shell concept could be construed as art or possibly more at home in a climbing playground.
