Conejohela Flats Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Vulcan1600: This was a very popular cache as many visitors visit the Turkey Hill Experience. I don't really have the time to talk to the Turkey Hill people about them putting their own cache in it's place, since obviously it's not that simple. I'm so glad many people looked for it while visiting the Experience. It's time to put this one to rest. Thanks everyone!

Geocache Description:

Congratulations to MidnightRaiders who snuck out of the L.O.S.T. gathering to get the FTF!

The name of this cache is possibly the original name of Columbia even before it was known as Wright's Ferry. The town of Columbia has a lot of history to it and some scenic views of the Susquehanna River. I hope to continue to pinpoint other areas around the area to place caches so people can know more about this area where my wife grew up. Please be careful and show stealth in case of muggles nearby.

Please do not attempt to retrieve this cache from Rt. 30. You need to enter from Rt. 441.
