At the posted coordinates you'll find a yellow diamond. Walk directly North until you can't walk anymore. Then look down at your feet. You'll find it right there.

DO NOT GO ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE! WATCH OUT FOR TRAFFIC!

The cache contains a stamp and pad, and the log book. Feel free to addyour stamp to the book.
