Black Plastic Container
The young man that completed a project here at this small cemetery learned a life lesson about there being consequences that result from decisions. So often we look for a scapegoat when things go wrong, and are quick to place blame somewhere else other than ourselves. Then there are times when a person must accept responsibility. This young man realized, maybe a little late or maybe just in time, that poor decisions often come with significant costs.
The young man cleared the overgrown vegetation from the grounds of Jemison Cemetery; repaired the vandalized headstones and cleaned the accumulated dirt from the markers. Right after the job was done the No Trespassing Signs went up at the nearest driveway. The property line runs along the north fence of the plant, you can access the cemetery and stay off the private property by walking along the grass strip close to the tree line. This property is owned by Tuscaloosa County. Parking can be done on the grass strip behind the curb or at the drive across the rail road tracks.
