Geocache Description:

A micro cache is hidden at Minato-Motomachi Station on Subway Kaigan Line.

Take subway to Minato-Motomachi station and get out of Exit 1. Now you are standing by the Red Brick Wall that used to be Kobe Branch of Dai'ichi Bank. The building was designed and built in 1908 by Dr. Tatsuno, Kingo who is most famous for his design of the Tokyo Station and pioneered architect of modern western style buildings in Japan Unfortunately, the original building was heavily damaged by the Hanshin Awaji Quake on January 17, 1995. Because of its historical importance, the beautiful outer wall made of Red Bricks was reinforced and preserved. Now it serves as the subway station entrance. What's more, the station was selected as one of hundred best stations in Kinki area.
