Kitsap Humane Society staff and volunteers work hard to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome wonderful, adoptable animals. While you are grabbing your smiley, stop in and see the animals. Who knows, maybe your perfect companion is there waiting for you!
This cache was placed with the Director’s permission and enthusiasm! It is meant to generate more visitors to the shelter and bring people and companion animals together. While you are there, stop in for a visit. Learn about KHS services, volunteer opportunities, or search the adoptable animals to find your perfect match!
This cache is meant to be easy. That said, it does not take rocket science to find it. It is in plain sight (to a seasoned cacher) and is within reach from outside the fence line. Please respect the property! There is no need to thrash around in the nearby bushes and landscaping. As always, stealth is required before, during, and after business hours as there will undoubtedly be customers, staff, and volunteers about. Hunting this cache at night might attract some unwanted attention from concerned neighbors and local law enforcement so I also ask that you use good judgment in the time of day you decide to seek this treasure.
