This is the second installment of the Apalachin Campers Labor Day Cache. This year, we wanted to explore our beloved Greenwood campground and made a scavenger hunt of the clues. It is NOT a quick grab-n-go cache, but our seasoned cacher-camper kids made
light work of the clues. Inital coordinates are at the park entrance. Greenwood park is open year-round, but a small entry fee may apply. This cache is accessible even if the campground is closed.
Each clue corresponds to a part of the final coordinates for the cache, which is a small Tupperware container with room for only a few trinkets. The real prize is the adventure of the hunt and
exploring the campground area.

AA = Total number of letters on the front of the check-in office X 2
BB = The odd numbered site with the "BEACH" sign + the number of slides in the campground play area
CCC= 2nd, 3rd & 7th digit of the park office phone number (without area code)
DD = Even number site with the pump house + site number
closest to the check in office -2
EE = Total number of sites...reversed
F = Number of loops
GG = highest elevated site in loop #1, double it, add the number of lamp posts within the campground starting at the check-in house.

This year, our The Labor Day Camping Crew of Apalachin was a bit smaller (certainly no less fun!) and consisted of The Michaels,Dursts, Priestleys, Delaneys, & Ingardias.
Our goal is to add segments to this cache each Labor Day to make it increasingly
