Buzzworms (a.k.a. rattlesnakes) like the one above are found all over California. They don't normally eat people, but may bite if startled or cornered. So don't jump over logs or reach in dark holes without checking first.
However, the little Tiny Snakes in this cache are very friendly, and would never hang a fang on a geocacher -- they wouldn't even bite a muggle.
The cache is located in Sanborn County Park, and a vehicle entry fee is collected year round.
