Geocache Description:

This is a series of caches on the walkers and cycle friendly back road between Menstrie and Balquharn.

Myreton Hill above is a SSSI for butterfly
Northern brown argus (Aricia artaxerxes)
and Vascular plants Sticky catchfly (Lychnis viscaria)

Whilst the track is a tarmacked road, this narrow road is very popular with walkers, horses and dogs so please show some respect for these users and don't drive down it. You will miss the views and the superb huge old trees that line it.
At dusk you have a good chance of seeing bats here flitting above your head.
