On open parkland, in an open grassy area. Close to a footpath (area all open access). Generally easy terrain and no major slopes, although cache is on a slight incline.
This is one of 4 caches established on Ickworth Park, a National Trust estate, with the help of Ickworth Park Primary School who have included location information in the cache. Also in the cache are a Travel bug trackable tag, a number of badges to take away, a log book and a geocache stash card.
These caches have been established to support Ickworth Lives, a project highlighting the "upstairs/downstairs" nature of the estate.
