Renamed from 'Iain's cache' as so many seemed to not bother looking for this cache, which was a shame because this is probably THE best view of Lochinver Bay and the village. The path from Lochinver to Achmelvich (the "Ardroe Path") is a great walk should you want a longer outing. Aprox 15-20mins car to cache.
Park at the Lochinver end of the Ardroe Path at N58*09.334 W005*15.383, look for the sign for "Lochinver Glendarroch Septic Tank"... Don't worry, this is not a sign of what is to come!
DO NOT PARK FURTHER UP THE ROAD THIS BLOCKS ACCESS FOR RESIDENTS AND SERVICE VEHICLES.
Walk 30m further up the (very steep) road and go through the second gate on the left. Follow the track around the back of the house, do not go through the small gate, you will find the start of the Ardroe Path signposted 15m further on.
