First you must walk to the title establishment. Let your feet guide you to some words of wisdom.
Count the words. Subtract that number from the N coordinates (last two digits).
Next look north for the tree of knowledge. How many squares make up the tree. Add that number to the W coordinates (last two digits).
This will take you to the "Grassy Knoll" Here you will find the final clue.
