This facility was once used as the "voice" of democracy speaking out to the areas of the world where news and current events were censored.
Shortwave radio is no longer broadcast from here and the facility is being renovated into a museum. Newer technology, in the form of satellite transmission and the internet are now the formats used.
There was another cache here a while back and I felt the hide and the facility both should be highlighted as both are worthy.
Everything you need is right here. The container is in place and can be wrested from it's hidey hole if you are observant enough. Remember, it's rated high for a reason. Just seeing the cache doesn't mean the challenge is over.
Remember, as with all geocaches, seeing the container is not a find. A complete find is finding the container and signing the physical log. Anything less is not a find. Enjoy the hunt.
