The rules say don't bury a cache.....well don't. But you will. You will bury it under rocks, leaves, lids, and so forth but don't make it so that you have to get a shovel and dig for the cache. You don't want to mess up parks and other places with digging and it will ruin the sport if you do this. Too much digging in one area will lead to wear and the cache will be removed in most cases. In fact, experienced cachers will not usually rebury a cache. So don't make people dig. "Brush away", "move over" and "reach for" are better terms and methods.
