You are looking for a camo'd bison tube.

I'm starting this as a 4 difficulty. It might be a little higher, especially with the tree cover. I posted a hint as I doubt I will be able to check it. It's along the walking trail in Cottonmill Park.

Park hours are 7 AM to sunset.
