This cache is a NIGHT TIME ONLY cache. You will not be able to find the cache during the daylight. The cache and all the points are on Public property. No need to enter or shine light into anyones property. You will need a flashlight to find this cache. Please bring your own writing stick. You need to watch your step while walking and looking for this cache. There are planty of gopher holes, so please tread with care.
The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. While searching for this cache you need to first go to the posted coordinates. Here you need to take your flashlight and find your first Fire Tack. Once you find it, you know what you will be looking for during the rest of your search. At any point you find a reflector that is not a fire tack, it is not part of this cache, so you need to go back to the last fire tack that you found. You need to shine your flashlight in all directions looking for the next Fire Tack. Once you find it, go to it and then do the same thing looking for the next one, and so on. At each point,you are looking for a single Fire Tack. Once you reach the location that has 2 tacks, you are on the spot to look for the cache. I have left a new Travel bug i started, so the FTF please take this bug to get him on his way.
