Geocache Description:

This cache brings you to the Bratch Locks on the Staffordshire and Worcestershire canal near to Wombourne. There`s free parking at N52º32.497' W002º11.767' and also free parking 100 yards East along the road on the South Staffordshire Railway Walk car park which is an old station.

The Bratch locks have won a few awards and is a lovely spot to just sit and watch the boats go by or to go for a walk or cycle along the canal. The Locks are a series of three locks and toll house all restored to the original condition. The disused railway just along the road is popular with walkers and cyclists and is worth a visit where refreshments and toilets can be found.

The cache itself is located just off a public footpath five minute walk away from the locks. Its easy walking but you will have to pass through a small swinging gate. You are looking for an unusual cache which i have made. Theres only room for log book so byop. This is a high muggle area so please use stealth and re-place properly.
