Raffeen Holy Well Traditional Cache

The cache is located adjacent to an old holy well, a small bit off the road.
Holy wells are places of popular religious devotion where people come to pray and leave simple offerings. The tradition is seen as dating to pre-Christian times.
Some wells are very popular, others such as this one appear to be largely forgotten. The only reference found refers to the site as being 'Sunday's Well'.
Please be mindful of the fact that private residences are located nearby.
The cache is a small sealable container.
