HA HAR, No. 6 Traditional Cache
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
Small traditional type cache. You are looking for a clip lid box in a camouflage bag. If approaching from the bottom of the village this is a short steep climb.
This cache can be done as part of a circular walk around Lindale that incorporates our 5 other caches. To do all 6 caches as a walk a possible parking place is at the skate board park N 054 12.920 W 002 53.636. Some of the paths on the walk can be very boggy and slightly overgrown and one of the paths crosses the A590 dual carriageway. Many sections of the walk are not suitable for wheelchairs or push chairs. The longest version of the walk is about 3 miles and you should allow about 2 hours. To do all 6 we recommend that you start with Lindale Limits, then A bridge too far, then Lindale Hill, Hollow Lane Corner, Lindale Lair, finishing with Ha Har. You could also include another Lindale Cache 'Labore Et Honore'(GC10E40) at the start. All but one (Ha Har) of the caches can be accessed from the road side.
The name of this cache is taken from the hill which is known as The Har. We chose this location as we can see it from our house and vice versa.
