alldatndensum: Due to this having a lit mirebcut trees, an active homeless camp, and a lot of syringes on the ground here, it is time to say goodbye to this spot.

Geocache Description:

I've driven past this spot for months thinking that it needed a cache. I was right! So, this weekend was the time to place a new one.

This is an unused piece of land between a creek and a deserted western wear store. I guess their boots were made for walking, too--and they walked right out of there! Lebanon was also home to the largest factory owned by Texas Boots (although this cache is not near that facility). So, this town really did have boots for walking! I should know--I worked there for 2 years. Except for my sister, everyone in my family worked at Texas Boot at one time or another.

This cache starts off easy--if you don't mind really high grass. I wouldn't try it at night as some rather unsavory characters use this to walk around town and take shortcuts. During the day, you should be fine. After the tall grass, THEN you have to worry about some uneven terrain. You'll understand when you get there. This is NOT recommended for wheelchairs, crutches, or even for people who fall easily. DO NOT approach this from the parking lot of the old store. You must go through the tall grass.
