You are looking for a small black canister (or not), only room for the log. Please bring your own writing utensil.
A Park & Grab if you have sharp eyes. No parking on the street but plenty of parking in the Oshkosh Public Library and city lot. Muggle activity can be high at times so use stealth.
A big thanks to the library for making me computer geo-savy and assisting me with background info for some of my caches.
