Located in a nature area, parking at N 42 14.338' W 84 56.186' Park and follow trails.
Located along the Brooks Nature Trail in Marshall near Stuart Lake, this is a nice hike with a mowed grass trail and then into a bark mulch trail in the wooded area. It has some very old trees near the cache. If you are allergic to bees, you must walk along the trail through a meadow full of golden rod and you can hear the bees buzzing out in the flowers. Also you can expect to see all the wildlife expected in a woodland/meadow area, such as flies, mosquitoes, frogs (wow were there a lot of frogs) and snakes (occasionally). Enjoy the walk although there are benches placed along the trails, most with beautiful views of the lake. The cache is a snap lock container, sandwich sized,covered in camo tape and has a log book. Enjoy the walk!
