Hierdie dam is vernoem na Sedaven, die Sewende Dag Adventiste-dorpie sowat 'n kilometer laer af in die kloof (buite die reservaat.)
Die enigste manier om by hierdie cache te kom is as besoeker (of dagbesoeker) aan die natuurreservaat. Aangesien daar 'n toegangsfooi betaal moet word, maak dit sin om ook 'n draai te maak by die ander caches in die reservaat. Hierdie cache is op die sirkelvormige toeristepad, wat ongelukkig slegs in een rigting (kloksgewys) gedoen mag word. Beplan dus vir genoeg tyd. (Dit het my ongeveer 2 ure geneem, maar ek het dikwels gestop vir wild en foto's.)
This dam was named after Sedaven, the Seventh-day Adventist town, about a kilometer from here, just outside the reserve.
The only way to get to the cache is as visitor (or day visitor) to the nature reserve. As you have to pay an entrance fee, it makes sense to combine this with a visit to the other caches in the reserve. This cache is on the circular tourist route which may unfortunately only be travelled in a clockwise direction. Plan for enough time - it took me about 2 hours, but I stopped frequently for game and photos.
