Number 11 of 13 from the Cardiff Bay Circular route. Decal container with room for trackables etc.
Watch out for peeking eyes from above.
Please ensure lid is replaced properly and fully clipped on.
This is a circular series of 13 caches, with 1 Bonus Ammo cache, that follows the Cardiff Bay circular cycle trail. Suitable on both foot and on bike.
The caches are made up of all different types of caches, from mean nanos to various types of containers, ideal for trackables and coins.
This route follows the waters edge around Penarth Marina, Cardiff Bay, leading through Mermaid Quay (a hustle and bustle of resturants and cafe bars) and through the wonderful Cardiff Bay nature reserve, finally leading into Cardiff Bay Sports village.
This is a route I often take on my bike and the caches are generally placed at points I will often stop at, taking in views of the water and so on, while a few caches have been placed at points keep you guided on the route.
Further to the 13 caches placed by myself on this route you will also be able to collect a few other caches placed by fellow cachers.
When replacing caches, please place as you found them. Be warned, this route is a popular route by muggles and stealth and cunning tactics may be required to avoid being guzumped!
BONUS AMMO CACHE........................
This bonus cache is home to some little Rubber Duckies. In order to find, you will need to seek the 5 mini Rubber Duckies that are hiding in some of the other caches around the trail. Find the duckies and you will find the answer to the missing parts of the co ordinates below that will take you to the bonus Ammo cache!
