It's Up There Traditional Cache

Permit #86 was signed by Brian Russert of Milwaukee County Parks Division on 10/14/11
This cache is a combination of several different caches I have seen over the years. I can't take credit for anything original here, but some of you will like this one for being different. If all is well, you won't have to reach in because help should be available. But if the outside end isn't attached, there is plenty to get your hands on. Please do not detach either end. Please make sure the "handle" is visible from the ground, but not hanging down too far. If you like a physical challenge, then this one is for you. Side note: Simply seeing where the cache is does not count as a find. You must actually "put hands" on the cache to count it as a find. 09/2020. A part of the tree is now gone. But the cache is still "up there"
