October 2011 Meet & Greet

Come out and enjoy some pizza and meet with a great bunch of geocachers from all parts of the Portland Metro area. Discover some TBs and coins and help plan some geocaching activities for everyone.

We meet 7:00pm - 9:00pm at:

* Ballots will be handed out at the sign in table to all 2011 PAID MEMBERS
 
Everyone is welcome; you don't have to be a member of GEO to come out and have a good time. And if you are able, please bring a donated item for the raffle prizes. Anyone who brings in a raffle donation gets an additional free raffle ticket. We also collect donations of SWAG to create new fully stocked caches to give away in the raffle and dead batteries for recycling.
 
 
 
We will accept nominations for the position of 2012 GEO Board. Please request permission prior to nominating any individual for office. Each nomination posted on the GEO web site will require a second nomination as well as an acceptance from the nominee. The second and acceptance can also be posted on the GEO web site. Nominations will close Friday September 30th.

Voting for paid GEO members will be accepted at the October Meet and Greet or by Absentee ballots on the GEOregon website.
 
Back by popular demand the Shooter8 Trick or Treat special container.
Guess how many pieces of candy there are in the container and win the special prize and the bag of candy.
The container will be located at the raffle table and be the first to discover the special travel bug container.
