Rebus-O-Rama! Multi-Cache

This is a two stage field-puzzle cache. At the posted coordinates you will find a camouflaged container with a few rebus puzzles. What is a rebus puzzle? (See below). Each puzzle has a tiny number on it that you will plug into the formula below.

Your mission is to search and find the four puzzles with the answers below. I recommend taking the container back to your vehicle to avoid curious muggles and you'll be much more comfortable there as well. Just don't forget to replace the container and camouflage when you've finished your search!

** Note the difference between the "&" and "+" symbols used in the formula. One is concatenation, the other is a math function.
