...that Tyler, Texas is the home of the First in the WORLD Adopt-A-Highway? Starting right here on Hwy 69 the Tyler Citivan Club was the first to adopt a 2 mile strip of highway in 1985. This is the north end of the FIRST ADOPT-A-HIGHWAY in the WORLD. Let's help out -CITO please!
