Sugimoto-dera Temple Traditional Cache
JapaneseCashmere: Unfortunately, I can't get to the cache to do maintenance due to the pandemic...I will create a new cache nearby in the future as this temple is historic and beautiful and wonderful place to visit!

Micro hidden in the front area before you enter the gate to Sugimoto-dera temple - the oldest temple in Kamakura!
You’ll find the cache even before you start climbing the stairs to the temple gate. You don’t need to enter the temple to get the cache, but for 200 yen, you get to see a wonderful moss-covered stairway, a cave carved into the side of the hill, and the oldest temple in all of Kamakura. Well worth the trip! Make sure you replace the cache with the opening facing downward, to avoid rain water getting in. Thanks!
