Geocache Description:

Micro cache hidden near a bridge on the way to the hike up Senken Mountain and back down to Chisuji Waterfall. Walkable from Hakone Yumoto station on the Hakone Tozan line.

Asahi Bridge is made of concrete and was built in 1933. The cache is on the river side of the road.
If you are into hiking, we suggest you start your geo-hiking day with this cache, then climb up to the top of Senken Mountain (804 meters high), eat lunch at the picnic table while enjoying another cache (senkenyama 804)鈥hen hike down the other side toward Kowakudani Station to enjoy the rushing river and beautiful chisuji no taki waterfall, and another cache, of course! So that you don鈥檛 get bored while waiting for the train to go home, we added one more cache at Kowakudani station! (The Asahi Bridge is not a multi-cache, please ignore the #2 on the box.)
