Geocache Description:

A little cache along the new Roy Rail Trail.

We have watched all the surrounding communities develop the old Denver and Rio Grande track lines into pathways, while the line behind our house sat there for years abandoned with No Trespassing signs. Finally Roy has caught up with the times and the blacktop was laid this week. It is already getting heavy use. This is the twelfth in a series we are placing along the trail. Enjoy the new trail. We are. Maybe we'll wave to you as you walk past our back yard. Bring a writing stick and an apple for the Shetland Pony. Tweezers may be useful.
