Geocache Description:

you seek a LARGE ammo can, please replace it as found to avoid muggle (hunters) getting this reindeer. If you look to the north you may see Santa Claus. Plenty of room for swag and it is starting out with a bunch of smiley face balls a Kung Fu Panda and a few penguins. Don't forget to seek out my son with the Red nose who is nearby.


Donner is one of Santa Claus's reindeer, as first named in The Night Before Christmas (though in the original text his name was spelled Donder).

Donner plays a semi-prominent role in the Rankin/Bass version of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, in which he is Santa's lead reindeer and also the title character's father. While teaching him the art of being Santa's reindeer and surviving in the world, he finds his son's glowing nose a shock and attempts to disguise it by covering it with some coal. When this ultimately fails, he receives some chastising from Santa and is disappointed in his son.

After Rudolph runs away, Donner becomes worried and goes looking for him, eventually being joined by his wife and Rudolph's girlfriend, Clarice. They eventually get captured by The Abominable Snowmonster of the North, but Rudolph comes to their rescue. Later, after Santa asks Rudolph to guide his sleigh on Christmas Eve, Donner expresses how proud he is of his son.
