11-11-11 Multi Event: New York





When:
Friday, November 11, 2011 (111111)
5:11 pm – 7:11 pm

Where:
The Sciencenter, Ithaca, NY

Why:
To celebrate the 11th day of the 11th month of the 11th year of this century.

The numbers have aligned again! This event is part of a global multi-event occurring on the same day all around the world. Geocachers will be celebrating this alignment, and in the U.S.A. we will also be celebrating Veterans' Day. Come join with your geocaching friends as we celebrate this special date.

The event is free and open to all. While we will meet and greet in the Sciencenter Community Room, the main museum closes at 5:00 and will not be open during the event.
