Coordinates above will not take you to the cache. This is the location of a famous film setting in downtown St Joseph. This is an OFFSET cache. It is 100 feet North from here. Please visualize the movie and the scene with Ryan O'Neal lying here beat up and left for dead in this stairwell. As all the photos posted on here indicate, this building was used as a backdrop to this depression era film.
Once you have studied the building enough, you will remember in the movie that Ryan O'Neal was beaten up and left in this stairwell for his scheming ways. Cache is located at an spot 100 feet from here. So go there to find the container to sign/log as a find. Sit there and see the 1800s building "Missouri Valley Trust" where the award winning movie "Paper Moon" was filmed back in 1973.
