Coronado Heights Park sits on a large hill that overlooks Saline and McPherson counties. According to legend, Coronado's party used the hill for a lookout during their 1540's journey to Kansas.
The center of attention in the park is a large stone building that looks like a castle. The Castle is visible from several miles away. Also contained in the park is a primitive bathroom, a large picnic area and several smaller picnic areas which surround the top of the hill. Climb up the stairs in the fort to the top. The view from up there is quite impressive & you'll need to go up there for the password. The password is the word (IN CAPS) following 19 on the second line of the sign over the door up top.
It is possible to drive all the way to the top of the hill but the road is rough. Some of the roads going to this virtual cache are dirt, so road conditions should definitely be a consideration.
