More Caching Karma: that goofy statistic that measures the ratio to which you contribute smileys back to the community. A good percentage of my finds have been up around my work area so now it's time to return the favor to the people of/near Itasca. My caching karma number has dropped below 1:1 so the placement of this cache and it's subsequent logs will help even out my score.
I've driven past this park countless times and always wondered why there was no cache around here. I guess it was just waiting for me. This one is nestled in surroundings of Itasca's Peacock Park. There are baseball fields nearby which may pose a stealth issue when games are on. Otherwise you should have decent concealment. Please replace the container in a way that minimizes visibility. There are some muggle trails running around here.
