Very happy to see you snag them!
Well I looked on Google Earth and everything was going according to
plan, until this spot.
The new trail was going right where I was hoping to cut one, a
trail that is ;-) lol, until this spot.
On GE I could see a trail that wrapped around the plateau and was
hoping it tied into the power line road for a return over by our
Evil Whoville cache, not so.
The new trail continues on towards the rock guarry. I saw a remnant
of the trail I saw on GE but decided to save it for another day and
turned back.
Anyway, this seemed to be a decent spot with a decent view, can
hear slightly hear the cars on the highway is why I say
decent.
There is a pretty cool BIG sitting rock close to the cache
overlooking the canyon below with the sounds of the flowing
water.
I still ended up with a very enjoyable trek, -UGH- may not be the
best name for the cache -UGH- :-)
Any-hoo, another simple cache, just another reason to check out a
new trail.
Will also expand our cachers playground as well, still lots of room
out here ;-)
