This cache is located near the public boat landing on Albert Lea Lake. This lake is one of the best walleye lakes in the area. In the winter, ice houses abound, and in the summer pelicans can be seen all around. One of the local naturalists has labeled Frank Hall park and Albert Lea Lake as the local "bachelor pad" for pelicans.
