Cache is located in a tiny little park surrounded by muggle dwellings. Lots of stealth will be required to keep the muggles clueless.
While looking at this location from google maps, it looked like there was a giant wall in the middle of this park, hence the name of the cache.
The cache is a small pill bottle, with a log, pencil, and some small trading items.
