Geocache Description:

.30 cal. ammo can hidden in the Makamah Preserve. Approximately 10' off a little used side trail, or 100' off a main trail. Either way you go it should be an easy find.

It's been a long, hot, steamy summer and my dog, Kane, has been cooped up inside for a while. He loves to hike, but doesn't do too well in the heat. Today, the weather was perfect, mid to upper 60's, no humidity, so I took advantage of my day off and took Kane out for a walk in the woods. He was so happy and having so much fun that I decided to let him choose the hiding spot for this cache.
