Sept. 17 is the anniversary of the signing of the United States Constitution. We have placed this with a Constitutional theme. There are pocket constitutions, small US flags, bookmarks and other smaller trinkets. There is also a DVD of the move "A More Perfect Union". Please watch and pass it on. It's a great movie. This cache is near Electric Lake about 100 yards from the dirt road.
